Shipping Rates
- We offer $5 flat-rate standard shipping for all orders within New Zealand, no matter where you're located! Express shipping for JL orders available upon request.

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated via email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time
- Standard delivery within New Zealand typically takes 3-7 business days (JL products may take longer.
- For rural or remote locations, delivery may take a little longer.

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
- You can also log in to your ToTheMaxGolf account to check your order status anytime.

Packaging
- We take great care in packaging your order securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Lost or Damaged Items
